Pilreiki: Pilates and Reiki (December - February)

Join Stacey for Pilreiki where we will stretch and perform traditional & non-traditional Pilates exercises. We will get a full-body workout with short bursts of cardio, followed by a chakra-balancing reiki meditation to wind down.
- Weights are encouraged but not required. Please bring a mat.
- When you register for this program, you are singing up for all of the sessions in the series (December - February).
- Registration begins 11/3 for BML cardholders (+1 guest) and 11/10 for non-residents.
