Pop Pilates for Adults (December - February)

In this Pop Pilates class, we will stretch using traditional and non-traditional Pilates exercises. We will work our cores while getting a full-body workout with short bursts of cardio, followed by a meditation to wind down.
- Modification offered for all levels. Weights encouraged but not required. Please bring a mat.
- When you register once, you are registered for all the sessions in the series (December - February).
- Registration for BML cardholders (+1 guest) begins 11/13. Non-residents may register starting 11/20.
