Pop Pilates for Adults (March - June)

In this Pop Pilates class, we will stretch using traditional and non-traditional Pilates exercises. We will work our cores while getting a full-body workout with short bursts of cardio, followed by a meditation to wind down. 

  • Modification offered for all levels. Weights encouraged but not required. Please bring a mat.
  • When you register once, you are registered for all the sessions in the series (March - June).
  • Registration for BML cardholders (+1 guest) begins 2/12. Non-residents may register starting 2/19.
