The 1970s helped redefine our understanding of popular music and continues to inspire over a half century later. In this program—part lecture, part live performance—James Coll and his band seek to take a deeper dive into a half dozen songs from the era to get a better understanding of the stories behind some of the tunes that still keep us humming along and the artists who made them an indelible part of our lives. Dancing is not required but singing along will be encouraged!
