This course is designed to help teens develop the skills necessary for being a sitter such as child safety, developmental stages of children and how to plan activities that are age appropriate. 

• This is a drop off event for students in grades 6-12
• Program time: 10am-1pm.
• Registration for BML cardholders begins: 12/01
• Registration for non-BML cardholders begins: 12/05

Please read the following policies before completing the next registration steps:

No-Show Statement:  Students who register for a program, and do not inform the library that they will not attend, will be placed on the waiting list the next time they register for a teen program. The Youth Services Librarian will let you know if this change in registration occurs. The library asks that you call 516-785-2990 x.119 or email teenzone@bellmorelibrary.org to let the Youth Services Librarian know you won’t be attending a program so those on the waiting list can be contacted to attend. Thank you for understanding.
