Join Marianne Bochilo for a relaxing session of online chair yoga from the comfort of your home. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that works your muscles and joints to increase flexibility, balance, and circulation. 

  • The Zoom meeting invitation will be sent out the day before the class. It is different than the previous series.
  • When you register for this program, you are signing up for all of the sessions in the series (December - February).
  • Registration begins 11/3.
