Join Marianne Bochilo for a relaxing session of online chair yoga from the comfort of your home. Chair Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga which works your muscles and joints to increase flexibility, mobility, circulation strength and balance. 

  • The Zoom meeting invitation will be sent out the day before the class. It is different than the previous series.
  • When you register for this program, you are signing up for all of the sessions in this series (March - June). 
  • Registration begins 2/12.
